AIC students get free access to the gym at the Falconer Fitness Center, group exercise classes, and even personal training sessions from ACSM® Certified personal trainers.
Hours of Operation:
Monday—Thursday: 6 a.m.–11 p.m.
Friday: 6 a.m.–9 p.m.
Saturday—Sunday: 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
Group exercise classes are offered Monday through Thursday in the Campus Center Auditorium (above the Hive). These classes are FREE to all students, staff, and faculty!

INSANITY®: As seen on TV, this high intensity interval training class will help improve muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Modifications are given for all fitness levels.
